Qaboun

Qaboun is a municipality in northeastern Damascus with a population of approximately 89,974. Historically an agricultural area known for its orchards and gardens, it has urbanised significantly over the past decades.

Qaboun is a working-class residential area with local markets, schools, and small workshops. The district was heavily affected during the civil war but has been gradually rebuilding. It is connected to the city centre through major roads and public transport.
