Damascene Houses of Al-Qaymariyya

The Damascene houses of Al-Qaymariyya are excellent examples of traditional Damascene architecture, featuring interior courtyards, water basins, and jasmine trees. These houses reflect the old Damascene lifestyle centred around the inner courtyard. Many of these houses have been restored and preserved.
