Kafr Souseh

Kafr Souseh is a modern municipality in southwestern Damascus with a population of approximately 113,968. Once farmland on the outskirts of the old city, it has transformed into a major governmental and commercial district.

Kafr Souseh houses several government ministries, the Damascus Opera House, and modern office buildings. It is also known for its restaurants, cafés, and the bustling mix of official and commercial activity that defines contemporary Damascus.
